Wat ga je doen?
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Research accounts, identify key players.
- Process customer or prospects request for quotation.
- Check available inventory.
- Source required products or communicate with supply chain department to identify a supplier.
- Proess orders in the SAP ERP system.
- Create buy-out PO’s.
- Manage & Maintain orders, expedite production and delivery schedule of assigned orders.
- Track & trace documentation from suppliers, notifications and updates
- Maintain and keep up order and expediting register, track all orders and suppliers: sub order status, intermediary activities and in time data provision
- Solve any issues related to expediting, documentation and shipping delays
- Facilitates implementation of need-based solutions
- Prepare reports on the progress of documents
- Collaborating with Branch Manager to prepare reports for project review meetings, if required.
- Performing clerical duties, and maintaining accurate records and files of activities
- Following established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Functie-eisen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English languages.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP, document management procedures and standards.
- Familiar with MRO, Safety and Electrical products and associated documentation.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to follow procedures and processes.
- Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to business needs.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Responsiveness.
- Familiarity with company process and procedures.
- Advanced with computer-based productivity tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, PDF redactor.
- Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Typing and editing skills.
- Able to work independently and provide support to others.
- At least 5 years of experience as inside sales or similar position.
